The Rosé is done, back in the tank to ferment.

Now the daily remontage (pumping over) , the regular pigeage will rhythm the work in the cellar.

We are happy! A good harvest, the juices are slowly transforming themselves into great wine.

Our all natural approach shows once again that respecting nature has its rewards!

In the vineyard as well as in the cellar the results are there.

2007 will be a good vintage, more on that when the first wines are bottled.

See you all in 2008!

YES , the last grapes are in the cellar.

And the skies played on our team!! The first drop of rain came last night......

But the work is not done, far from it.

The Rosé Trémier is being pressed today.

Harvest should be done by Tuesday!

Just two more days in the field and all the fruit will be in the cellar.

Mourvèdre will be the last one to come in.Lets keep our fingers crossed that the weather will be on our side!

The yeasts still doing their job, the juice is fermenting slowly into great wine.

As work goes on without trouble in the field lets concentrate on the work in the cellar.

After the grapes arrive in our special crates we will have a last look to take out the unwanted visitors (snails, stones and so on) and run them through the destemmer.

The berries will then fall into the stainless tanks to start fermentation.

I love the smell early morning coming to the cellar.

Yes our natural yeast has started its work, fermenting the grapes into wine.

The first whiff of fermentation is an emotional moment every year.

Promises, Promises.
The every day didn't really work out as there was too much to do in the vineyard and the cellar.

Work has progressed, the Syrah looks wonderful and is all harvested.

The Merlot is being picked and again the fruit is just perfect.

The hot weather continues and if we are happy in the cellar out in the field it is really hot, but the sun beats the rain for sure.
